Cardio Kick Boxing:
a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.  (also known as Tae-Bo)  *During a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories

Pilates 1 - Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Yoga - Stretching is certainly involved in yoga; yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Improves breathing and relaxation.

Shake it Up! - Try something fun! A mix of cardi/strength and abdominals. The cardio portion combines a mix of kickboxing, step, hi and low aerobics with some pylometrics. Two different levels are shown so you can take it to the level you need.

Gentle Wind - This class is based on Tai-Chi/Jufu (Gentle Wind), a low impact martial art of smooth, gentle, flowing movements. The slow, deliberate motions aid in the cultivation of a serene mental state, promotes self-confidence, and facilitates relaxation.  Emphasis placed on proper breathing in order to enhance mental concentration and harmony of mind and body. It is a wonderful way to start your day, and an excellent precursor to the practice of meditation, which is also a part of this relaxing course of instruction.
