LINDA DOUGLAS  

Linda has been in the fitness field for over 25 years, and has been a MS and special population’s trainer for 15 years. She is certified through AEA in water fitness, one-on-one and small group training. Linda has years of experience in designing personal fitness programs and formats for all different body types, and has a long list of clients that have benefited from her "softer side of training with great results" philosophy and approach. Because of her expertise as a nutrition specialists, she sells and markets her own supplement products that have been scientifically proven to increase energy and promote weight loss.
